Staying in the Deluxe Garden Bungalow provided ample space with a beautiful view of the garden and easy access to the beach. The surroundings felt incredibly serene, with tropical gardens enhancing the peaceful atmosphere.
However, some external factors detracted from the experience. A local religious site outside the resort broadcasted prayers at 5 AM through a loudspeaker, which may disturb light sleepers. The breakfast options fell short for Western tastes, lacking familiar choices like bacon unless requested, and the wait times at the omelette station were long. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was slow throughout the property, making it a challenge for quick browsing. Being reliant on the buggy service for getting around the resort could be inconvenient, especially during peak hours.

Improve dining service speed and efficiency.

beautiful bay view, convenient village access, spacious outdoor areas
It's disappointing that the transfer from mainland isn't included!!! The room felt bland and outdated considering the pricing!!! The pool area needs maintenance as the deck is falling apart, and staff availability around the pool was lacking!!!

Had an awesome time with friends at this tropical paradise. We explored breathtaking dive spots and participated in the Marine Discovery Centre's activities. Our accommodations were comfortable, and the beach was pristine. Just a heads-up, the shuttle to town does have limited times, so plan ahead for nightlife options. Overall, an unforgettable getaway!
We found the app frustrating. it was easier to call the front desk for assistance.

We enjoyed our stay in the Deluxe Garden Villa, especially the innovative Marine Discovery Centre that offered fun and educational activities for my grandchild. The swimming pool was one of the highlights, providing a relaxing spot after our adventurous boat tours nearby.
My kids wished there were more dedicated play areas for children.

It was just a strong match for a brief sojourn in Phi Phi Don with good price value. The area is gorgeous, surrounded by greenery and vibrant wildlife. Always ask staff to refill breakfast items, they might overlook it otherwise.
